Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was spotted leaving his girlfriend’s house on Monday just one day after he was abducted and robbed.
The lyricist clearly was alerted by what happened to him as five menacing bodyguards accompanied him.
The hip-hop star, whose given name is Daniel Hernandez, did not make any efforts to hide the heavy gold chain he was wearing even though just one day before he was saying he was considering removing the jewelry accessories from his wardrobe.
It is not clear if his intentions remain at this point, or if he has decided to change his mind after the incident for some reason.
Hip-hop journalist Akademiks interviewed Hernandez on Sunday afternoon. The conversation between the two was live-streamed, and the fans of the rapper could follow it on Twitch.
During the interview, 6ix9ine did not act distant and reserved as ordinary but revealed a more natural side of his character.
It is not clear exactly what was stolen from 6ix9ine in the incident, as his manager refused to give any details about the exact items that were missing.
Some fans were particularly curious about one of 6ix9ine’s prized possessions, his “My Little Pony” necklace with an alleged value of nearly $100, 000, but its whereabouts remain a mystery as of yet as well.
The same goes for 6ix9ine’s other accessories which were not seen during his appearance in the interview.
It is possible that the rapper is merely trying to keep a low profile with his remaining jewelry, although it also would not be surprising if a large part of the collection is missing.
During a visit to The Angie Martinez Show later in the week, the controversial rapper gave many details about what happened, and some people remain unsure when it comes to what he is claiming.
Critics believe there is more to all of this. It seems that his song with Nicki Minaj “Fefe” might have benefited from all the drama.
