A recent incident involving Kathryn Dennis had her friends worried, as anyone could not reach her during a certain period.
According to Dennis, this was caused by issues with her own mental health, and she claims to have gone through a difficult moment dealing with her situation, resulting in her disconnect from the world.
The Charleston, SC native further opened up about being diagnosed with depression and anxiety two years ago, and she has apparently been dealing with that ever since.
She added that at some point, she felt like she had had too much and just wanted a break, leading to her decision just to ignore everything and everyone for some time.
She explained that she had no idea people had been trying to reach her, and she only saw the messages when her friends were already deeply worried.
Dennis has apparently been involved in some heavy arguments in her personal life recently, adding to her difficulties and making the situation even more challenging for her.
To make matters worse, it seems like most people in her life are mostly unaware of her struggles, which can make the situation of a person dealing with mental health issues much more worse.
Hopefully, she is going to find some more understanding now, and things are going to go back to normal, as it does sound like a large number of people in her life had been quite heavily worried.
At least everything has cleared up by now, and the situation is mostly alright from an outside perspective.
