After 15-year-old Lesandro Guzman-Feliz was brutally murdered by members of the notorious Trinitarios street gang in the Bronx, the criminals found out they took the life of the wrong guy.
The innocent teen was forcefully dragged from a bodega and stabbed to death on the street, but it was then that the murderers understood he was not the person they were looking for.
The criminals later even tried to apologize to the grieving family of the deceased teenager by sending them a message.
The partner of Feliz’s sister, 19-year-old Derek Grullon, explained the message and said the members of the gang were feeling sorry about what had happened and they even kicked out the murderers of the deceased out of the Dominican group.
The words of apology were delivered via a two-minute long recording that was shared on Snapchat.

Furthermore, Grullon added the family of the victim was devastated especially since he was innocent all along.
According to police officials, the criminal gang was suspected not only for the death of Guzman-Feliz but also for the attack against a 14-year-old who was stabbed multiple times on Monday afternoon at Bronx River Parkway.
For the time being, detectives are going over a theory that Guzman-Feliz was mistaken for someone else who participated in a compromising sex video.
In the video material, which was uploaded on Facebook recently, a young woman can be seen engaged in sexual activities with another curly youth, who looks very similar to the slain teenager.
It is believed that the female in the clip is linked to one of the attackers.
Currently, it is still not clear if the assault against Guzman-Feliz was planned as an act of revenge.
One man, who was allegedly involved in the murder, 19-year-old Kevin Alvarez, was arrested and charged with murder and manslaughter.
